Shipping

DELIVERY

• If you place your order on weekdays before 12:00 pm, we will ship your package the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be shipped on the same day whenever possible, but it cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following weekday.
  
  

Note: Delays may occur during sale periods and holidays.

• You will receive a tracking number via email when your package has been shipped.
• Your invoice is included in the package and serves as your receipt.

If the package or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service at info@stromstore.dk.

We reserve the right for printing errors, inventory mistakes, and price changes.

DELIVERY IN DENMARK

• All deliveries within Denmark are shipped with GLS.
  
• Delivery time: 1-2 business days.
  
• Free shipping to parcel shops for orders above 599 DKK (excludes sale items).
  
• Delivery to private or business addresses costs 59 DKK.

Shipping fees for orders under 599 DKK:

• 39 DKK for delivery to a parcel locker.
  
• 59 DKK for delivery to a private or business address.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE 

• Standard delivery time: 2-5 business days.
  
• Express delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  
  

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU

• All shipments outside the EU are sent with FedEx.
  
• Standard delivery time: 3-8 business days.
  
• Express delivery time: 1-3 business days.
  
  

 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

• Customs, VAT, import fees, and taxes may be charged in the destination country and are to be paid by the recipient.
  
• Delivery delays may occur if the package is held at customs.
  
• The customer is responsible for any additional charges and return shipping fees.
