The following terms and conditions apply to items purchased on www.stromstore.dk.

2. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and MobilePay.
All payments on www.stromstore.dk are made via a secure server that encrypts your information.

We use 3D Secure whenever possible to verify your identity and prevent potential misuse of your payment card.

If you are using your Danish card online for the first time, you may need to use NemID to complete the payment.

We will not charge your payment until the item is shipped.


3. DELIVERY

If you place an order on weekdays before 12:00, your package will be shipped the same day.

When your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Your invoice will be included in the package and serves as proof of purchase.

If the package or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please report it to our customer service at info@stromstore.dk.

Delivery times may be longer during holidays and sales periods.
Free shipping does not apply to sale items.


Please note that shipping packaging may be reused from previous orders and may show signs of wear.


3.1 DELIVERY IN DENMARK

All deliveries in Denmark are shipped with GLS.
Delivery time: 1-2 business days.

We offer free shipping to parcel shops for purchases over 599 DKK (excluding sale items).

Shipping to private or business addresses always costs 59 DKK.

For orders of 599 DKK or less, the following shipping fees apply:

  • 39 DKK for delivery to a parcel shop.
  • 59 DKK for delivery to a private address.
  • 59 DKK for delivery to a business address.


3.2 DELIVERY WITHIN THE EU

Deliveries within the EU are shipped with UPS, GLS, or Postnord.

  • Standard delivery: 2-4 business days.
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days.

3.3 DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE EU

All deliveries outside the EU are shipped with FedEx Express.

Delivery time: 2-5 business days, depending on the destination.

Specific shipping rates are displayed during checkout.

Perfumes cannot be shipped outside the EU. (Except Cyprus, Ireland, Malta) 

It is possible to ship perfumes to Norway and Schwitzerland


3.4 STORE PICK-UP

You have the option to pick up your order for free in our store.

When your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a direct notification.

Please note that you have 7 days to collect your order after receiving the notification that your package is ready.


4. RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

You have 14 days to return or exchange items purchased on stromstore.dk.

The period begins on the day you receive your item.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Please include your invoice.

If you refuse to accept delivery or fail to collect your package within the collection period, a shipping fee of 59 DKK may be charged.


4.1 RETURN

We do not offer free returns.

Return items must be sent with delivery to:

The package must be sent directly to our address.

Parcel box or post office must not be chosen, as otherwise we cannot handle your return.

You are responsible for the package until we receive it. We do not recommend using DAO.

If you’re in Denmark, you can use our return portal, and download a return label for 59 DKK.

The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can also return items directly in our store in Hellerup.

When returning items from outside Denmark, you are welcome to use a shipping method of your choice. Alternatively, we can provide you with a return label at a cost based on your country and location. Contact us at info@stromstore.dk, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


4.2 EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, place a new order and return the original item.

STRØM covers the return shipping fee for exchanges, however not for sale items.

Please note your new order number on your invoice.

The package must be sent directly to our address.

Parcel box or post office must not be chosen, as otherwise we cannot handle your return.

You can also return or exchange items directly in our store in Hellerup.


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and approve your return, we will refund the amount for the returned item.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.


6. COMPLAINT

The Danish Sale of Goods Act applies to items purchased on www.stromstore.dk.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service at info@stromstore.dk.

You must contact us within 24 months of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase (invoice).


7. GIFT CARDS

Our gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue.
When you purchase a gift card on www.stromstore.dk, it will be emailed to you.

Gift cards purchased on our website can only be redeemed on www.stromstore.dk.


8. COMPLAINTS HANDLING

If we are unable to resolve a complaint, you may submit it to the Complaint Portal of the Danish Consumer Complaints Board.
