The following terms and conditions apply to products purchased in our webshop.

2. Payment and security

We accept payment by Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro and Mobilepay.

All payments on our webshop are made via a secure server that encrypts your information.

We use 3D Secure for all payments. 3D Secure verifies your identity and prevents any misuse of your payment card. You will receive a code by text message which you must enter to complete the payment.

Shipping costs are added to the price.

We do not deduct the amount until the item is shipped.


3. Delivery

If you place an order in weekdays before 12.00 pm CET., we will send your package the same day.

When we dispatch your package you will receive a tracking number by email.

You will find your invoice in the package and it is the receipt of your purchase.

If the package or the product are damaged upon receipt, please notify our customer service at info@stromstore.dk

Longer delivery times may occur during holiday periods and sales periods.


3.1 Delivery in Denmark

All deliveries in Denmark are sent by GLS.

Delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Shipping prices:

  • 29 kr for delivery to parcel box
  • 49 kr for delivery to private address
  • 49 kr for delivery to business address


3.2 Delivery within the EU

All deliveries within the EU are sent by UPS.

Delivery time for standard delivery is 2-4 business days.

The delivery time for saver/express delivery is 1-2 business days.

The specific shipping rates are shown under payment.


3.3 Delivery outside the EU

All deliveries outside the EU are sent by UPS Express.

Delivery time is 2-5 business days (depending on your delivery location)

The specific shipping rates are shown during payment.


3.4 Pick up in store

You have the option to pick up your package in our physical store.

When your package is ready for pickup you will be contacted by our customer service.


4. Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days to return or exchange goods purchased on stromstore.dk

The period starts from the day you receive your item.

You must return the item unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Remember to enclose your invoice.

If you refuse to receive your item upon delivery, we may charge a shipping fee of 49 kr.


4.1 Returns

Returned goods must be sent by courier to Strandvejen 169A, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark.

You are responsible for the package until we have received it.

You also have the option to return the item in our physical shop.


4.2 Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item, you must place a new order and return the item.

Remember to note your new order number on your invoice.

You also have the option to return the item in our physical shop.

5. Gift Card

Our gift card is valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

When you buy a gift card at www.stromstore.com, you will receive the gift card in your email.

Gift cards purchased on our website can be redeemed at www.stromstore.com

6. Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount of the returned item.

The refund will be made on the same payment card that you used for the original transaction.


7. Complaints

The Consumer Complaints applies to items purchased on our webshop.

If you wish to complain about an item, please contact our customer service at info@stromstore.dk

You must contact our customer service within 24 months from the date of delivery.

You must provide your receipt as proof of purchase.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs.


8. Right of appeal

If we cannot agree on the handling of the complaint, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Portal of the House of Representatives.
