Returns & Exchanges
Holiday gifts purchased online can be returned and exchanged until January 13, 2025. Holiday gifts purchased in our physical store can be exchanged or converted into a store credit until January 13, 2025.

Denmark
Order your holiday gifts by December 20, 2024, before 12:00 pm to receive them by December 24. For in-store pickup, you can order until December 23, 2024, before 12:00 pm.
For in-store pickup, you can place orders until December 23, 2024, before 12:00 pm.
Europe
Order your holiday gifts with express shipping by December 20, 2024, before 12:00 pm to receive them by December 24.
Rest of the world
Order your holiday gifts with express shipping by December 17, 2024, before 12:00 pm to receive them by December 24.
Please note: Packages will not be delivered on December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1, 2025.
